About these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and KIWIBEE ("KIWIBEE", "we", "us") for the KIWIBEE website and app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who can use KIWIBEE
Accounts are for parents and legal guardians who are 18 or older. Children may use KIWIBEE only through a child profile created and controlled by their parent inside the parent's Family Hive. Children do not have their own accounts, emails or logins.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your Parent Hive password and your children's PINs, and for everything done under your account. Keep them confidential and tell us right away at privacy@kiwibee.net if you think your account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. For example, do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that is unlawful, harmful, sexual, violent or hateful, or personal information of other children; do not try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of the Service; and do not use the Service for anything other than family learning and household routines.
Educational purpose only
KIWIBEE supports learning and routines at home. It does not replace teachers, schools, tutors, doctors or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any educational result.
Subscriptions
Paid plans, free trials and automatic renewal are described in the Subscription Auto-Renewal Disclosure, which is part of these Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may pause, restrict or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts children at risk, or has an overdue payment, as described in our policies. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the app or by email and ask you to agree again before you continue using the Service.
Other terms
The Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer, Texas Governing Law & Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property and DMCA/Copyright policies are part of these Terms.
