How consent works

Before a parent can create a KIWIBEE account (or keep using an existing one) they must tick each box below. We record which version of the policies was accepted, when, and from which IP address, and we ask again when the policies change materially.

Checkbox 1

I am 18 or older and I agree to the Terms of Use, including the Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer, Texas governing law and the dispute resolution (arbitration) section.

Checkbox 2

I have read the Privacy Policy, the Data Retention & Deletion Policy and the Export/Deletion Request Procedures.

Checkbox 3

I am the parent or legal guardian of every child I add, and I give verifiable parental consent for KIWIBEE to collect and process my child's information as described (COPPA and GDPR/UK GDPR).

Checkbox 4

I understand that KIWIBEE uses AI (Claude Sonnet by Anthropic) to create learning content, and I consent to the text and files I provide being processed by that AI provider.

Checkbox 5

I have read the Child Safety & Protection Policy and the Child Safety Incident Response Plan.

Checkbox 6

I understand that paid plans renew automatically at the then-current price until I cancel, and that I can cancel any time in the app.

I agree to the Intellectual Property Ownership terms and the DMCA/Copyright Policy.
