KIWIBEE policies

COPPA Compliance (US)

Effective October 27, 2026

Children under 13

KIWIBEE complies with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect personal information from children under 13 only with verifiable consent from their parent, and only what is reasonably needed for the child to take part in the learning activities.

How we get parental consent

Child profiles can only be created by an adult who has created a parent account with a verified email address and ticked the parental-consent box. Paid plans are additionally verified through a payment card transaction. The parent holds the PIN that controls the child's access.

Direct notice

This policy and the Privacy Policy are our direct notice to parents. They describe what we collect from children, how we use it and who we share it with.

Parent rights

Parents can review their child's information in the app at any time, ask us to delete it, refuse further collection, and still keep their own account. To do this, use the app or email privacy@kiwibee.net. We will not require a child to share more information than needed to take part in an activity.
