Child Safety & Protection Policy

Our commitment
KIWIBEE is designed for children to be safe by default. Child profiles exist only inside a parent-controlled Family Hive and are protected by a PIN.
Safety by design
No public profiles, no chat, no messaging between users, no friend lists, no advertising, no in-app purchases by children and no links out to other websites from the kid portal. Children cannot see other families. Leaderboards compare a child only with their own past seasons.
Content standards
Missions, rewards and AI content must be age-appropriate. Our AI is instructed to produce positive, child-friendly learning content. Parents review AI drafts before children see them.
Parent controls
Parents approve every mission and reward, can edit or delete content, reset PINs, pause use and delete a child profile at any time.
Staff access
Only authorised KIWIBEE administrators with two-step verification can access family data, only when needed for support, safety or legal reasons, and every admin action is logged.
Reporting a concern
If you see anything that may put a child at risk, email privacy@kiwibee.net with the subject "Child Safety". If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911 in the US) first.
