AI Content Disclosure & Consent Agreement

What the AI does
When a parent chooses Create with AI or Bonus games, KIWIBEE sends the parent's instructions (subject, grade, topic, number of questions) and any text, photo or PDF worksheet the parent uploads to an AI model, which returns draft missions, reading exercises, crosswords or math puzzles.
Parent stays in control
AI content is a draft. Parents can review and edit every AI mission before assigning it, and should check that it is accurate and suitable for their child. Children never chat with the AI and cannot send anything to it.
AI can make mistakes
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate or not fully appropriate. KIWIBEE labels AI content in the parent's mission list. We are not responsible for errors in AI content that a parent assigns without reviewing it.
What not to upload
Do not upload documents that contain a child's full name, school, address, photos of a child's face, medical information or anyone else's personal information. Use worksheets and learning material only.
Consent
By using AI features you consent to this processing. You can choose not to use AI features at any time and still use KIWIBEE with missions you write yourself.
