Subscription Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Plans and prices
Monthly plan: US $7.99 per month for 1 child. 6-month plan: US $39.99 every 6 months for 1 child. Each extra child: US $2.99 per month (charged per billing period), up to the plan maximum. Taxes may apply.
Free trial
New families get a 7-day free trial with 1 child and no card required. The trial ends automatically; you will not be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Automatic renewal
Paid plans RENEW AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each billing period (every month, or every 6 months) and your payment method is charged the then-current price until you cancel. We will tell you in advance of any price change.
How to cancel
Cancel any time in the app (Pricing, then Manage plan, then Cancel) or by emailing privacy@kiwibee.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds
Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. EU/UK consumers keep any statutory withdrawal rights.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails and is still overdue 2 days later, the account becomes read-only for 7 days and is then locked until payment is made. Paying reactivates the account automatically.
