Data Retention & Deletion Policy

Active accounts
We keep your family's information for as long as your account is open, so you can see progress, badges and season history.
Drafts and progress
Unfinished mission drafts and a child's in-progress answers are kept until the mission is submitted, created or discarded.
When you delete
When you delete a child profile, or your family account is deleted, we remove the related information (including the parent sign-in, child profiles, missions, answers, games, rewards, uploaded files and subscription records) from our active systems right away, and from backups as they are overwritten on our providers' normal schedule.
What we keep
We may keep limited records where the law requires or allows: billing and tax records held by our payment processor, records showing that consent was given, and security and audit logs, for up to the period required by law (generally up to 7 years for financial records and 3 years for consent and security records), after which they are deleted.
AI provider
Content sent to our AI provider is handled according to the AI Provider Disclosure.
