THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. KIWIBEE DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY LEARNING OUTCOME.
Parental supervision
Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the Service and devices, for the missions, chores and rewards they assign (including the safety of any household task), and for reviewing AI content before assigning it.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KIWIBEE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US $50.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify KIWIBEE against claims arising from content you upload or your breach of these Terms.
Where the law does not allow this
Some places do not allow certain exclusions or limits. In those places these limits apply only to the extent the law allows, and nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for gross negligence, fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
