Intellectual Property Ownership

Our property
KIWIBEE owns the Service, including the KIWIBEE name, bee mascot, logo, designs, badges, software and our own content. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your family while your account is in good standing.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload (missions, rewards, worksheets, your children's answers). You give KIWIBEE a limited licence to host, process and display it, and to send it to our AI provider when you request AI features, only to operate the Service for you.
AI-generated content
To the extent the law allows, AI content generated at your request may be used by your family for personal, non-commercial learning. We do not claim ownership of it, and it may not be unique or eligible for copyright.
